We have taught forepersons, journey-persons, apprentices, pre-apprentices and interns. All of these people have their own strengths and experience levels in the industry and technology. We have fine-tuned methods to deliver an expert level education at all positions. You will add value to your business if you have an experienced trade member teaching the BIM side of the trade, especially since the approach to learning with those members will differ from that of what appeals to the younger generation.

Our Process

We will examine your curriculum, whether for a small group of employees or an entire apprenticeship program, and determine if you need a tune up or an overhaul. Then, we will bring your educational programs up to speed with top industry practices. We will organize the course structure to allow for higher material retention, and we will develop complete classes, testing and grading scales. Since this is a big undertaking, we will be in consistent communication throughout the development process. Agreed-upon deliverables and regular updates to incorporate feedback are as important to us as they are to you.
